South Tyrol, Italy: Lunch @ The Golf & Spa Resort Andreus

After my first golf lesson

(congrats Ms Le K, lol!) and before going to “fix” my back and shoulders (oops!): a light lunch in the lounge bar of the Andreus Golf & Spa Resort, with a fantastic view on the mountain.

The scenery is magnificent (last picture). What a surprise discovering my beautiful dishes (pictures 1 & 2: the starter and the main course)! And also delicious!

During my stay in Süd Tyrol, I noticed in all the restaurants I went : few eatables flowers were often added to perfect the food presentation. I really like it, it brightens and feminizes the presentation. See you at the spa

Süd Tyrol, Italie: déjeuner au Golf & Spa Resort Andreus

Après ma première leçon de golf

et avant d’aller faire “réparer” mon dos et mes épaules (lol!) : pause déjeuner léger au bar-lounge du Golf & Spa Resort Andreus, avec une vue XXL exceptionnelle sur la montagne.

Le paysage est grandiose (dernière photo). Et quelle surprise en découvrant la beauté de mes assiettes (photo 1, l’entrée et photo 2, le plat principal) qui en plus sont excellentes!

Durant mon séjour au Süd Tyrol, j’ai remarqué dans tous les restaurants, où je suis allée que pour finir la présentation des plats : des fleurs (comestibles) étaient souvent ajoutées en légères touches. J’aime beaucoup, ça égaye et féminise l’ensemble. On se retrouve au spa

South Tyrol: Stadele, A Really Good Restaurant In Lana

I Like Light Dishes Based On Fish-vegetables 

Definitely olive oil, I do not like sauces and fatty dishes disgust me. The most important is the quality of ingredients, cooking mode and “airy” presentation.

The cuisine with Mediterranean influences of Wenin Matthias, the Stadele chef, suits me perfectly! Simple, tasty, with a touch of originality and light.

I discovered an excellent black bread served hot (picture above), typical of the region. Prices are fair, the service and location are very pleasant. It feels good in this unpretentious family restaurant, housed in an old converted barn.
