Marseille in 5 Hours: The Islands & Le Panier

Last stopover: 5 hours in Marseille

(South of France), well let’s say 3h-3h30 in the city of Marseille. After visiting the Chateau d’If, we took the wrong shuttle: instead of returning to the vieux port (the old harbor), we discovered other small islands off the coast of Marseille. Beautiful landscapes (pictures 1, 2 & 3), a picturesque marina cove, the feeling of being so far away, the slowness.

Back to the Vieux Port (picture 4, the old harbour), I head to Le Panier, a famous heritage district in the old Marseille (picture 5). Getting lost in the quiet streets, which many are under construction. I’d love to make a full turn before lounging on the terrace of a cafe, but  we must return to the path of the ferry. Tram, bus and 15-20 minutes walk to the dock! Definitely too long and not really glam (lol)!

Antwerp: My shopping of The Spring-Summer Trends (Stop 2)

Here is the continuation of my post about my marathon day in Antwerp, to discover the press offices news. After a twenty minutes sporting walking, I head in an industrial area being rehabilitated. Beautiful light (picture 1). An unscheduled (I was lost) detour by the famous MAS I couldn’t find during a previous trip! No comment! Second stop at Oona: where I really like this casual chic pants of the Antwerp brand Essentiel. The print is awsome. Ready for next stop?

Antwerp: My Shopping of The Spring-Summer Trends (Stop 1)

Marathon day between each press offices of Antwerp to discover their new beauty products, accessories and collections for spring-summer 2013. I also found few “other” funny things. After getting lost 30 minutes in the opposite direction, I passed the Opera house (amazing poster) to finally arrive at PR Style. I had a crush on the Sushi Kit of Saitaku (yes it’s food!) for two people which includes in addition to the ingredients, the set to make sushi: Itadaki masu! I didn’t taste them yet, but I love the concept!
