Antwerp: My Shopping of Spring-Summer Trends (Stop 3)

It was quite late when I arrived at the Unlimited PR cocktail for VIPs and journalists in their Antwerp showroom. I crossed the city to and fro throughout the day and my feet are on fire in my boots with stiletto heels … No, not those amazing Manolo (Blahnik) – unfortunately not! (photo above). After a tour of the two floors showroom, I met the head of Smets, THE Luxembourg upscale multibrand that recently opened in Brussels (not been yet!). From what I saw here, the selection is worthy of the best international luxury multibrands, with designs of the talented French designer Pierre Hardy (photo below), Carven etc … I continue my investigations in the press office (which looks like a large store) where I discovered resin jewelry with Swarovski stones of… (hummm I can’t remember the name of the designer!), sold at Colette someone told me. OK, but I liked it anyway! No, I’m not finished, I still have to visit the showroom of a young designer graduated from La Cambre and now based in Antwerp: sounds exciting, doesn’t it?

Antwerp: My shopping of The Spring-Summer Trends (Stop 2)

Here is the continuation of my post about my marathon day in Antwerp, to discover the press offices news. After a twenty minutes sporting walking, I head in an industrial area being rehabilitated. Beautiful light (picture 1). An unscheduled (I was lost) detour by the famous MAS I couldn’t find during a previous trip! No comment! Second stop at Oona: where I really like this casual chic pants of the Antwerp brand Essentiel. The print is awsome. Ready for next stop?

Antwerp: My Shopping of The Spring-Summer Trends (Stop 1)

Marathon day between each press offices of Antwerp to discover their new beauty products, accessories and collections for spring-summer 2013. I also found few “other” funny things. After getting lost 30 minutes in the opposite direction, I passed the Opera house (amazing poster) to finally arrive at PR Style. I had a crush on the Sushi Kit of Saitaku (yes it’s food!) for two people which includes in addition to the ingredients, the set to make sushi: Itadaki masu! I didn’t taste them yet, but I love the concept!
