The New First of Britsh Airways

You dream of a r-e-a-l-l-y comfortable travel (rocked by the engines’s subtil purr), in a refine design cabin and a non-aggressive lightning, with an unique range of service… Stop dreaming and discover the New First of British Airways. This new First prioritizes comfort, space, privacy and design in long haul flights. The British Airways design team worked with  Tangerine and Forpeople (British Design firms). For more comfort, every aircraft has 14 suites of 78 cm broad (picture above). But as a geek, I’ve especially noticed the 38 cm individual screen, that you can use to visit your personal data with a USB port. And the care products of the exclusive REN line. Oops! I forgot, in Heathrow,  First Class ou Club World travelers of British Airways, can enjoy the Elemis Travel Spa. Awsome! To be continued…

MOU: Fall-Winter 2011-2012

Bye bye our kiwi Huggs, maybe in few seasons we’ll wear you again. Cause this winter will definetely be Mou for a glam Inuit mood. Born in New Zealand, Shelley Tichborne is the founder and designer of Mou, label based in London. Inspired by the tradition of Inuit women and their skills in the production of the shoes their men wear,  check here my selection of the Mou’s Winter Collection 2011-2012, just for us ladies! And what about an edgy brand, inspired by traditional skills of men producing the shoes of their beloved wives??? Sounds terrific too!

Van Cleef & Arpels: New collection of Haute Joaillerie

I am not the kind of blasée, but that’s true, I am not often nicely surprised by viral communication. And I’ve really enjoyed the last videos of Maison Van Cleef & Arpels, presenting the sources of inspiration of its Haute Joaillerie’s new collection. Nothing avant-gardist : only interesting cultural content, shown in a very formal way. Less is more. Those short videos about legendary bals offer lovely moments of history : like the story of Winter Palace bal (Saint-Petesbourg, February 11th 1903), told by Vincent Meylan, Historian of Jewellery. Click on the pictures to discover the videos.
