Breakfast At Hermès To Discover The Petit h Unusual Objects

You know how I’m addicted to Christmas trees and how much I love the creative world of Hermès :  above is a photo taken yesterday, at a press Hermès breakfast, I was invited in Brussels (picture 2). Well I am not a morning person, especially as the day before, I had a “smartphone” dinner with Acer (I’ll talk about soon). Boosted by the snow, I arrived (late, but not that much!) to La Verrière, where Beatrice Gouyet, CEO of Hermes Benelux-Nordics (picture 3) and Pascale Mussard, Creative Director of Petit h (picture 4), reveal us  the recycling concept of these famous “unusual objects”. Scattered here and there in an enchanting decoration realized by  Charles Kaisin (picture 3), which explained that all these branches came from a huge beech of his garden. Petit déjeuner chez Hermès pour découvrir les objets insolites de Petit h

Vous savez combien je suis accro aux sapins de Noël et combien j’aime l’univers créatif de la maison Hermès. Ca tombe bien : ci-dessus une photo prise hier chez Hermès à Bruxelles, lors d’un petit déjeuner presse (photo 2). J’avoue, je ne suis pas du matin, d’autant que la veille, j’ai eu un dîner “téléphonie” avec Acer (je vous en parle bientôt). Galvanisée par la neige, j’arrive (en retard, mais finalement pas tant que ça!) à la Verrière, où Béatrice Gouyet, directeur général, Hermès Benelux-Nordics (photo 3) et Pascale Mussard, directrice artistique du Petit h (photo 4), nous dévoilent le concept de récupération de ces fameux “objets insolites”. Disséminés ça et là dans un décor enchanteur de Charles Kaisin (photo 3) qui amusé, m’explique que toutes ces branches proviennent d’un immense Hêtre de son jardin. Photo 5 : Nica Broucke, la rédactrice en chef du ELLE België me montre le nid en croco qui lui a beaucoup plu. My First Time As a Jury Memember @ The 6th Edition of Customisez-Moi in Brussels, Belgium

Yesterday evening, I attended the 6th edition of Customisez-moi as jury member

for the  TAO price I gave with Nathalie of The Merry Makers to the winner … You’ll know who in my next post ; )

As usual, I arrived late at the hotel Bloom (Brussels) in a panic mode (no time for makeup LOL!). I discretly reached the other jurors drinking champagne, before discovering the creations of the eight young designers selected: Alizée Hilt, Amarande Angeley, Isabelle Giroux, Julie Maridor Kim Wille, Louis de Mey, Ophee Weynants and Samantha Van Den Driessche. 

I didn’t have time to make snapshots,
