My First Time As a Jury Memember @ The 6th Edition of Customisez-Moi in Brussels, Belgium

Yesterday evening, I attended the 6th edition of Customisez-moi as jury member

for the  TAO price I gave with Nathalie of The Merry Makers to the winner … You’ll know who in my next post ; )

As usual, I arrived late at the hotel Bloom (Brussels) in a panic mode (no time for makeup LOL!). I discretly reached the other jurors drinking champagne, before discovering the creations of the eight young designers selected: Alizée Hilt, Amarande Angeley, Isabelle Giroux, Julie Maridor Kim Wille, Louis de Mey, Ophee Weynants and Samantha Van Den Driessche. 

I didn’t have time to make snapshots,

here are few members of jury (complicated to be in the action and take photos at the same time!): Photo 1, Didier Vervaeren of Modo, photo 2, Bernard Gavilan nicely shouting at a TV crew (LOL!), photo 3, Nica Broucke chatting with Bruno van Gils, co-founder of Cafe Costume and photo 4, Aude Gribaumont, co-founder of Hunting and Collecting.

Customisez-moi, la sixième édition et ma première fois comme membre du jury

Hier soir, j’ai participé à la 6ième édition de Customisez-moi en tant que jurée

(ouiii, un peu stressée) pour le Prix TAO que j’ai remis avec Nathalie de The Merry Makers à… (vous le saurez dans mon prochain post). 

Donc comme d’hab, suis arrivée en retard à l’hotel Bloom (Bruxelles), en panique mode (pas maquillée mais coiffée LOL!). Pour rejoindre discrète les autres jurés sablant le champagne, avant de découvrir les créations des 8 jeunes stylistes sélectionnés : Alizée Hilt, Amarande Angeley, Isabelle Giroux, Julie Maridor, Kim Wille, Louis de Mey, Ophée Weynants et Samantha Van Den Driessche. 

Pas eu le temps de faire beaucoup de snapshots,

Customisez Moi, The Finale (Part 1)

Remember : Customisez Moi, the finale was last 11/11/11 (and the cosmos left us alone!). Oh you were not there : too bad for you! Here some excerpts  of a party so fa-fa-fa-fashion! Picture below, some members of the jury : the designers Johnny Coca (Céline), Anthony Vaccarello and Jean-Paul Lespagnard. The other members were : Benoît Béthume, Veerle Windels (De Standaard), Anne-Françoise Moyson (Le Vif), Julie Huon (Le Soir), Romain Brau (RA), Elke Lahousse (Knack), Marie Hocepied (La Libre Essentielle), Béa Ercolini (ELLE Belgique) and Didier Vervaeren (Modo Brussels). The shows of the finalists – Arnaud-Yves Dardis, Céline Lellouche, Dorothée Fontignie, Eva Di Caro, Melissa De Guglielmo, Muriel Delvigne, Ophélie Weynants & Co, Pieter Wyseur, Pierre Dussart (picture 4), Reda Faklani and Sophie Seyli  (photo 3) – were punctuated by different performances (Romain Brau’s performance on the last picture).
